Functional Dynamics 365 Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Functional Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to optimize organizational performance. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to ensure seamless system configuration, integration, and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with business leaders and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Translate business needs into effective Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications to meet functional requirements.
• Provide end-to-end implementation support, including workshops, testing, training, and go-live.
• Collaborate with technical developers to design integrations and custom functionalities.
• Deliver documentation (business requirements, functional specs, user guides).
• Conduct training sessions for end users and support adoption.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Engagement, or Sales).
• Ability to analyze and map business processes to Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Hands-on expertise in configuration, workflows, business process flows, and role-based security.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Knowledge of integration methods (APIs, middleware, third-party apps).
• Strong skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and functional specifications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to conduct user training and change management workshops.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly desirable.
• Proven experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Solid understanding of ERP/CRM business processes across finance, operations, or sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fluent in English, French is a Plus
