Job Summary -Functional Dynamics 365 Consultant- (Lebanon)
The Functional Dynamics 365 Consultant implements, configures, and optimizes Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for clients of SD Group The role involves analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, designing workflows, and providing functional guidance to ensure solutions meet client objectives, improve efficiency, and drive operational excellence across projects in Lebanon and Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze client business processes and identify gaps or areas for improvement.
Gather and document functional requirements from clients.
Configure Dynamics 365 modules to align with business needs (Sales, Finance, HR, Inventory, etc.).
Design workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools to optimize operations.
Provide guidance and training to clients on best practices for Dynamics 365 usage.
Collaborate with technical developers to ensure functional requirements are implemented correctly.
Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting of Dynamics 365 implementations.
Maintain clear documentation of functional specifications, processes, and workflows.
Advise clients on process improvements and Dynamics 365 capabilities.
Participate in project planning, progress monitoring, and post-implementation support.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules, ERP processes, and business workflows.
Experience in gathering functional requirements and translating them into system configurations.
Proven ability to design workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools in Dynamics 365.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a consulting environment.
Flexibility to support projects in Lebanon and across Africa as required.
Experience with training users and providing functional guidance is a plus.
