ERP Business Developer

Job Summary:

The ERP Business Developer is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales of ERP solutions, with a particular focus on Odoo. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of translating client business needs into tailored ERP solutions in collaboration with product and implementation teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients for ERP solutions.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and deliver product demonstrations.
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals, pricing, and contracts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closing.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation planning.
  • Maintain CRM records, monitor sales pipeline progress, and report on performance.
  • Stay informed on ERP trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships with a focus on trust and satisfaction.
  • Support client onboarding and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in ERP or software sales.
  • Solid knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, or similar).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand client business processes and align them with ERP solutions.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
