Job Opportunity – Functional Odoo Consultant

The Functional Odoo Consultant is responsible for analyzing client business requirements, configuring Odoo modules, and supporting the end-to-end ERP implementation process. Acting as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, this role ensures that Odoo ERP solutions are tailored to client needs and successfully adopted.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze client business processes and map them to Odoo modules.
Gather and document functional requirements through workshops and client meetings.
Configure Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.) to match business needs.
Prepare and conduct user training, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and go-live support.
Collaborate with development teams for customizations and system integrations.
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and functional guidance.
Develop user manuals, functional documentation, and business process flows.
Contribute to ERP solution design and implementation strategy.
Assist in pre-sales activities by delivering demos and responding to functional queries.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of ERP implementation experience (Odoo preferred).
Strong understanding of business processes across sales, finance, operations, and HR.
Experience with Odoo Community and/or Enterprise editions.
Proficiency in documentation, process mapping, and functional analysis.
Familiarity with Excel, Odoo Studio, and basic reporting tools.
Excellent communication, training, and problem-solving skills.
