Job Summary -Functional ODOO Consultant- (Lebanon)

 The Functional ODOO Consultant supports ERP clients in implementing and optimizing ODOO ERP solutions. The role is responsible for gathering business requirements, designing functional workflows, configuring ODOO modules, and ensuring the ERP system effectively meets client business objectives and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client business processes and document functional requirements.
  • Configure ODOO modules such as Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, and others according to client needs.
  • Design and optimize workflows, reports, and dashboards to improve business operations.
  • Provide functional training and ongoing support to clients for effective ERP usage.
  • Test system configurations, troubleshoot functional issues, and ensure solution quality.
  • Collaborate with technical developers to implement customizations and enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of processes, configurations, and best practices.

Qualifications, Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience as an ODOO Functional Consultant.
  • Strong understanding of ODOO modules and end-to-end business processes.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Experience in ERP implementation, testing, and user acceptance support.
  • Ability to deliver user training and provide ongoing functional support.
