Job Summary


The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the overall operations of SD Shift, ensuring the successful delivery of digital transformation and ERP-related services. The role involves overseeing functional consultants and developers, managing client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to high standards.

The Operations Manager will act as the key link between SD Shift and the Group Operations Manager, aligning company activities with the overall strategy while driving performance, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.

SD Shift focuses on ERP implementation, process automation, custom software development, and business intelligence solutions, aiming to help clients operate smarter and achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the overall operations of SD Shift, ensuring alignment with company strategy and objectives.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP and digital transformation projects.
  • Manage and supervise functional consultants, developers, and technical teams, ensuring performance, productivity, and quality of work.
  • Act as the main point of contact with clients, ensuring strong relationship management and high client satisfaction.
  • Understand client requirements and ensure proper translation into functional and technical solutions.
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensure implementation of best practices in ERP systems, process automation, and software development.
  • Coordinate between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and project tracking across all engagements.
  • Drive continuous improvement in operational processes, service delivery, and internal workflows.
  • Support business development activities by contributing to proposals, client meetings, and solution design.
  • Collaborate with the Group Operations Manager to align SD Shift operations with overall group strategy.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching, guidance, and development plans.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of resources and optimize team capacity.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs related to project delivery, client satisfaction, and operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Qualifications, Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree or relevant certifications ( PMP, etc.) is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in operations management, project management, or ERP/digital transformation environments.
  • Proven experience in managing ERP implementations (preferably Odoo, and Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams (functional consultants & developers).
  • Strong experience in client management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in a startup company
