Job Summary -Full Stack Odoo Developer- (Lebanon)

The Full Stack Odoo Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and supporting ERP solutions built on Odoo (v13 and above). This role blends technical expertise with business process understanding, covering backend, frontend, integration, troubleshooting, and training. The position also includes mentoring junior developers, supporting functional teams, and driving continuous improvement of ERP operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack Odoo applications, including backend (Python, PostgreSQL) and frontend (JavaScript, XML, HTML) components.
• Customize Odoo modules according to client business requirements.
• Integrate Odoo with external applications and databases via APIs.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to implement business processes in Odoo.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Odoo modules and integrations.
• Participate in requirement analysis, system design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Maintain technical documentation, version control, and coding standards.
• Support post-implementation maintenance and continuous improvement of Odoo applications.
• Stay updated on Odoo platform updates, features, and best development practices.

Qualifications, Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in full-stack Odoo development.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, XML, HTML, and Odoo frameworks.
• Experience with Odoo module customization, development, and integration.
• Understanding of ERP business processes (Accounting, Sales, Inventory, HR).
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver quality solutions.
• Knowledge of version control (Git) and software development best practices.
