Job Summary -ERP Business Developer- (Lebanon)

The ERP Business Developer identifies and develops business opportunities specifically for Odoo ERP solutions. The role engages with clients to understand their business needs, recommends Odoo modules and solutions, prepares proposals, and supports project scoping to ensure successful ERP implementation. The position works closely with functional and technical Odoo teams to align proposed solutions with client objectives and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities for Odoo ERP within existing and potential clients.
Engage with clients to understand business challenges and functional requirements.
Propose Odoo ERP solutions, modules, and workflows tailored to client needs.
Prepare project proposals, scope of work, and client presentations.
Collaborate with Odoo functional and technical teams to ensure feasibility and proper solution design.
Support client onboarding and initial ERP project implementation planning.
Provide guidance on pricing, timelines, and required resources for Odoo projects.
Maintain strong client relationships and follow up on potential opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitor ERP offerings, and emerging Odoo functionalities.

Qualifications, Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in ERP business development, sales, or consulting, preferably with Odoo.
Strong knowledge of Odoo modules, workflows, and ERP implementation processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze client needs and propose appropriate ERP solutions.
Experience in preparing proposals, project scoping, and client engagement.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple business opportunities simultaneously.
Familiarity with ERP implementation lifecycle and consulting practices.
